Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience.

**Job Duties and Requirements**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with medical billing

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting, is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent English language skills are a must.
- Familiarity with Accuro EMR or similar electronic medical record systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (training provided if necessary).
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**Additional Requirements Considered an Asset**:

- Basic knowledge in computers, printers, technical troubleshooting
- Knowledge on EMR system
- Training available

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of the English language is a must
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with medical specialist
- Proficient typist and comfortable with the use of computers and associated software programs

**Hours**
- Preferably Full time position (we will consider part time applicants), Monday to Friday during business hours (9am to 5pm)
- Some flexibility/modification in hours might be needed: 8am to 4pm, or 10 am to 6 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
