Our Cadel Mississauga branch is seeking a Customer Service Specialist. Your responsibilities will be to:
- Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
- Enter data into the AX software's return request form.
- Follow up with customers.
- Request authorization for returns from suppliers. Manually complete the appropriate return of merchandise form.
- Research all customer credit requests.
- Supplier return guarantee
- Perform all other related tasks as requested by his/her supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:
- High school diploma combined with 1 year experience in a similar position.
- Very good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Dynamics and the Office suite.
- Speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Exprience with replacement parts is an asset.
