We are looking for a Sales Representative with a diverse skills set who shares the same passion in the industry and customer service to join our crew.

**The Position**:
The Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales growth, acquiring new business, and maintaining existing relationships by delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client connections. This role also involves analyzing market trends to identifying new opportunities.

You are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, driven by the desire to succeed.

**Responsibilities**
- Must be able to provide and ensure an excellent standard of customer service and representation
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and current clients to drive repeat business
- Communicate effectively with team to coordinate calls, projects, activities, and ensure alignment.
- Help grow and maintain revenue/profit in accordance with the business plan.
- Help identify and maximize all sales/market opportunities.
- Help monitor, evaluate, and make suggestions with respect to lost business and sales opportunities to continually improve on our results.
- Build and maintain maintenance packages
- Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with market trends.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with the capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- High problem-solving aptitude and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software systems.
- Journeyman Electrician Certification and/or experience in electrical estimating are considered assets.

- Must possess good time management skills
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
- Must keep a clean work environment

**Certifications and Qualifications**
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field from an accredited post-secondary institution
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
