**Our Organization**:
The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) is an independent agency that develops and administers property assessment policy for the province, and provides property appraisal services to over 750 of Saskatchewan’s urban and rural municipalities.
**Position Overview**:

- Collecting and verifying assessment valuation and sales data through physical inspection of steel producing facilities, natural resource mining facilities, oil upgraders, and other heavy industrial properties within the Province of Saskatchewan.
- Input and process collected valuation data into the Agency’s mass appraisal computer system.
- Research and respond to enquiries from the external company representatives and government officials.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Formal assessment education, a university degree or a post-secondary diploma from a recognized institution.
- Excellent public relations and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgement to make sound decisions.
- A valid class five (5) driver’s licence and the ability to travel throughout the province are position requirements.
