We are seeking a Field Inspector or Analyst to join our dynamic team and uphold our Brand Promise. This remote position can be based in either Saskatoon or Regina.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You’ll conduct site inspections, collect data and collaborate with colleagues to provide accurate data to determine replacement cost values of buildings, furnishings and equipment. You’ll work with a variety of buildings, from private sector properties to public sector facilities, capturing details on buildings, furnishings, equipment, measurements and photographs. You’ll gain experience across many sectors including multi-unit dwellings, commercial, municipal, and education. You may also assist with report creation, cost data research and costing, as needed. This role requires 30-40% travel, primarily within Saskatchewan, with occasional Western Canada and national travel.

You enjoy building positive relationships with stakeholders and are committed to providing high levels of service and meeting our Brand Promise. You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. You’re willing to travel regionally and nationally and have a valid driver’s license.
**You have the following credentials**
- Full proficiency in reading, writing, and oral interactions in English. Proficiency in additional language(s) is an asset;
- Post-secondary education;
- Solid construction knowledge;
- Field inspection experience, Appraisal or cost estimating experience, understanding of building design and the ability to read blueprints are assets; and
- A combination of education, knowledge and experience will be considered.
