**Junior Accounting Administrator - Full-Time**

We’re currently looking for a Junior Accounting Administrator who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced finance environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in accounting principles who is eager to build their skills while supporting day-to-day financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor and supplier statements in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and produce cheques as required
- Balance general ledger accounts as assigned
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure files are properly documented and organized
- Follow both written and oral instructions efficiently
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related duties as required

**What We're Looking For**:

- Has a minimum 2 years of accounting experience
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is an asset
- A self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport across departments
- A team player who maintains cooperative and harmonious working relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with banking terminology and financial documentation
