**Summary**

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Happy Tire Corporation. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while managing front desk operations. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding tire services.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about products and services offered by the shop.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for customers.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to customer information and service records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office procedures.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.57-$21.21 per hour
