Parts Manager

The **Parts Manager** will be responsible for running an efficient and profitable parts department. They will operate the department at maximum production while controlling costs, maintaining inventory records, building a loyal clientele, fostering a positive work environment, and meeting financial and safety objectives. The work location will be out at our **Kitchener **Branch.
**Salary**: $75,000 - $88,000 (with incentive plan)
**What you will do**:
Ø Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in parts or inventory management.
Ø Provide overall leadership, motivation, development, and supervision for all parts employees at the location.
Ø Exceptional organization skills and meticulous record keeping.
Ø Responsible for maintaining and accounting for all parts inventories at the location.
Ø Shows initiative and sees each day as an opportunity to improve.
Ø Outstanding problem-solving skills and a desire to achieve win-win solutions.
Ø Able to develop, create and execute on approved department budgets and training.
Ø Able to listen, understand and communicate professionally with all customers, both external and internal.
Ø Commitment to enhance the company culture and promote a strong team work environment.
Ø Ensure compliance of all health and safety policies and procedures, including Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) regulations.
Ø Valid G class driver’s license.
**Working Conditions**:
The Parts Manager can expect to work indoors, outdoors and at customer’s locations. They will sit, stand, walk and reach high and low for parts. They must frequently work rapidly (for example, when waiting on mechanics who have taken time from repair work to get parts). They may also be required to lift heavy items. This is a physically demanding position.
