**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Registration Management**: Handle registration processes, maintain accurate attendance sheets, and coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless participant experiences.
- **Reporting**: Generate and provide regular reports on registration intakes, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Task Management**: Update directors and Office Manager on ongoing tasks, deadlines, and agenda items to maintain alignment across the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $650.00-$700.00 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
