**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Maintain a positive public image of the company with appropriate personal conduct and by operating company vehicles and equipment in a safe, professional, and courteous manner
- Create a positive and rewarding customer experience
- Assist with loading/unloading materials to and from delivery trucks with compact loader, skid steer, Moffett, or by hand up to 50lbs
- Assist with customer transactions on POS system as needed
- Prepare delivery orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Work closely with delivery team to ensure deliveries completed
- Care for company vehicles and equipment to company standards, and complete daily maintenance, inspections, and cleaning
- Report all deficiency or damage immediately
- Monitor traffic flow on company premises to ensure safety
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Participate and comply in Rocklands Health and Safety program
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Internal Skid Steer/Compact Wheel Loader Training provided as needed

Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operating skid steer and compact loader
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and at times with little to no supervision
- Ability to be a team player and contribute to the success of the Rockland team

Tickets and Training
- WHMIS certification
- Loader/Skid steer training
- POS training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
