The sales associate’s primary purpose is to greet customers and sell them products that relate to their needs. You know how to handle the toughest situations with patience and a positive attitude - You love biking and other outdoor activities - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday to Saturday  **What you'll do**: - Work as a team to maintain store sales goals and KPIs - Ability to assist customers with all bike categories we offer: mountain bikes, full suspension, comfort, road, gravel, e-bikes, and hybrid bikes - Knowledgeable of accessory offerings such as clothing, shoes, helmets, etc. - Maintain store cleanliness throughout the day, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and washrooms. - Processing online orders for in-store pick-up - Ability to process online orders and returns from Giant Weblink, Rocky Mountain ShipEarly, Locally, and Trek - Restocking and merchandising inventory on the sales floor - Ability to receive orders, tag the items, and merchandise them - Special order parts, accessories, and bikes for customers in Ascend - Ability to process and submit warranty claims for customers - Ability to do closing store procedures, such as counting cash and performing end-of-day - Ongoing online training with Rocky Mountain Academy and Giant Myagi - Trek U training to maintain "Guide" status  **What you've done** - Education Level - High School Diploma or equivalent - Specific skills: Previous cash handling experience is required. - Personal characteristics: Must have a willingness to learn and want to try new cycling products. - Physical abilities: Can lift boxes or items around 30 pounds and is comfortable working on ladders. **What you'll receive** - Competitive Wages. - Comprehensive Training - Vacation pay is added to each paycheque. - Great discounts through Cranky's and our distributors. - Unlimited learning opportunities.
