We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead our operational growth and ensure excellence across all locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct and coordinate daily operations across all current and future Local Pizza locations to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to boost productivity, streamline processes, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire restaurant managers and staff to meet performance goals and embody the brand's values.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment that supports professional growth and team engagement.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational workflows, control costs, and maximize resource utilization.
- Standardize best practices across all locations to ensure consistent service quality and operational excellence.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold high standards in food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Analyze financial reports, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and business growth.
- Collaborate with the director on strategic expansion plans and oversee the successful opening of new locations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient store launches.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to continually enhance the experience.
- Uphold and promote Local Pizza's brand culture and values across all locations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant industry.
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Franchise Operations (preferred)
- Must have excellent interpersonal, leadership and written & verbal communication skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management would be an asset.
- Flexibility to travel between locations as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- A passion for food and hospitality.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
