The Area Business Manager for Trendline Property Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the operations and growth of our cleaning business within a designated geographic area. This position combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship management to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services while achieving business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**: Lead, direct, and manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and uphold service standards.
**Business Development**: Identify growth opportunities and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue within the assigned area. Develop and nurture partnerships with local businesses, property managers, and other potential clients.
**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique cleaning needs, address concerns, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
**Team Management**: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Quality Assurance**: Monitor the quality of cleaning services delivered, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed established standards.
**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all cleaning operations adhere to health and safety regulations and industry best practices to create a safe work environment for employees and clients.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Collect and analyze operational and financial data to generate regular reports for senior management. Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in business management, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in using business software and tools for scheduling, reporting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of cleaning industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to navigate dynamic business environments.
The Area Business Manager for our cleaning services is a vital link between the company and its clients, responsible for driving business growth, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
