Technical Program Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional software development programs in a remote, SaaS product environment.**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Field, and Customer Success teams, to drive complex initiatives.
- Structure, kick-off, and run continuous or time-bound initiatives within and beyond Engineering and Product teams.
- Drive cross-team efforts by clarifying priorities, setting timelines, and securing commitments to ensure program objectives are met.
- Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence across multiple teams.
- Proactively unblock obstacles, introduce efficiencies, and provide workflow solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide consistent and clear status updates, progress reports, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clarity of program goals, commitments, risks, and progress.
- Map dependencies and relationships between initiatives and teams, managing and mitigating risks to deliverables.

**Required Skills**:

- ** Experience**: 8+ years of technical program management experience in a remote SaaS product development environment.
- ** Collaboration**: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale software development programs through cross-functional collaboration.
- ** Communication**: Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- ** Leadership**: Ability to influence and drive results within a matrix organization, leading diverse teams to achieve program goals.
- ** Data-Driven**: Focus on data-informed execution, with strong attention to detail.
- ** Problem Solving**: Passion for solving ambiguous, complex problems with innovative and robust solutions.
- ** Methodologies**: Experience with agile and other program management methodologies.

**Preferred Skills**:

- ** Customer/Product Platform Migration**: Experience leading customer or product platform migration programs, driving cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
- ** Cross-Team Initiatives**: Experience managing initiatives across multiple teams, introducing efficiencies, and unblocking obstacles as needed.
- ** Stakeholder Relationships**: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to clearly articulate program goals, risks, and progress.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30.05/hour - $46.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
