**The Opportunity**

**The Objectives of this Role**

As an **Operations Systems Improvement Analyst** you are responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s digital transformation and continued systems improvements. This role is responsible for the articulating business requirements, recommending automated solutions and executing modifications to the company’s NetSuite platform, warehouse management systems and alike.

**What You’ll Do**
- Understand warehouse operating systems, ERP systems such as NetSuite, and associated tooling in order to support and improve production and operational efficiency
- Conduct assessments of organizational operations and systems to provide focused improvement opportunities to increase fulfillment efficiencies, reduce lead times, and increase due date performance
- Assess and implements technology solutions that improve fulfillment and supply chain efficiency
- Manage end-to-end NetSuite enhancement roadmap across all organizational needs
- Experience with eComm platform integrations into ERP systems for organizational system optimization
- Hands-on experience in full project life cycle to ensure successful project delivery
- Evaluate production bottlenecks and implement action plans to increase efficiency
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to identify, prioritize, and execute both process and material pipeline project initiatives
- Define detailed functional requirements that can solution business requirements without automations and scripting in NetSuite
- Undertake automation and/or scripting solutions to deliver business
- Work with other team members to design and test automations and integrations
- Work directly with production team to provide day-to-day support and proactive problem resolution where required
- Utilize formalized root cause problems solving techniques to resolve operational concerns
- Analyze process data to identify and develop process improvement opportunities
- Design and implement new production processes and tooling

**Who You Are**
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as process improvement, business, finance, engineering or related
- 3-5 years of experience in process automation, or similar
- Experience with Fulfillment Centers, Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing preferred
- At least 3 years of experience delivering end-to-end solutions in the NetSuite ERP platform
- Experience with continuous improvement techniques, including the use of mathematical models to improve warehouse flow and optimize fulfillment processes
- Ability to analyze workflow and process flow diagrams and interpret process dependencies to improve overall warehouse operational throughput
- Well versed with MS Office suite of products and data analysis software
- Experience with PowerBI
- Experience in modules like Warehouse Management, Planning Budgeting Cloud Services and Manufacturing Retail Planning would be considered an asset
- A problem solver who can devise a solution and lead entire execution
- Strong attention to detail with a desire to learn and grow with an organization
- Demonstrated interpersonal competence including reliability, consistency, flexibility and adaptability in day-to-day interactions
