**A typical day with Marie and the HR team**:
- Perform various administrative steps in the hiring process
- Ensure the update, compliance, and integrity of HR directory data and records
- Manage and monitor employee benefits and disability files
- Act as a point of reference for employees
- Monitor HR indicators and complete monthly reports
- Participate in the development and revision of various HR management programs and policies within the company
- Liaise with external partners, such as insurance providers, and ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage events (registration tracking, payment tracking, logistics, invoicing, etc.) and represent Creaform|Ametek at job fairs
- Support the talent acquisition team in job postings
- Accompany and advise employees and managers throughout the work permit process
- Follow up rigorously and proactively on tasks related to work permits
- Establish and maintain an effective partnership with immigration lawyers to ensure knowledge transfer and process efficiency
- Represent the HR department and actively participate in the occupational health and safety committee (OHS); propose and implement initiatives
- Complete documentation required in accordance with legislation and Ametek requirements
