**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Quantitative take offs based on drawings and project specifications
- Completion of estimates in HeavyBid/Microsoft Excel
- Provide support on site
- Project submittals
- Survey and Red line drawings
- Project schedule
- Project completion package

**Skills/Experience**
- Experience in similar roles will be considered an asset
- Construction related education will be considered an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Projects)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high pace environment and adhere to schedules and deadlines
