Project Coordinator / Estimating Support

Living Stone Renos & Painting Inc.

Living Stone Renos & Painting Inc. is a growing renovation contractor specializing in multi-unit and institutional renovation projects. We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Estimating Support professional to support estimating, coordination, and administrative functions as the company continues to expand.

Position Type

  • Remote to start
  • Intended transition to hybrid / in-office role as the company establishes dedicated office and storage facilities
  • Local candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project estimates, takeoffs, and pricing reviews
  • Coordinate with suppliers and trades for pricing and lead times
  • Support preparation of RFPs, tenders, and proposal documents
  • Track project documentation, schedules, and change requests
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to ownership

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in construction, renovation, or related coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a growing, owner-led company
  • Willingness to adapt as the role evolves
  • Open to transitioning into a hybrid or in-office role over time

Compensation

  • $25–$28 per hour, based on experience
  • Part-time to start, with potential to expand
