**About the Role**

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced individual with strong leadership capabilities able to be not only the technology expert, but also to manage, develop, and support the technology team. This role will:

- Actively participate in the assessment of new technologies
- Improve and refine technological processes with emphasis on speed and security
- Propose and implement new technological initiatives in line with business goals
- Conduct ongoing recruitment, training, performance reviews, and personal development plans for team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of various technological areas with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
- 5+ years of senior-level IT experience
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept to implementation

Must have proven senior level, working experience in the following areas:

- Cloud infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Database management
- Data warehouse / data lake
- ETL
- Machine Learning
- Project Management
- IT vendor management
- Compliance: PCI, SOC2, et al
- Asset management
- Backup Management

**Additional Information**:
Pay: $104,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
