The Billing Specialist is a customer facing member of the Revenue Operations Team responsible for accurate and timely processing of various types of sales orders in multiple systems. Please note this is a
**Fixed Term Contract Position.**

What You'll Do:

- Processes orders; license deliveries, activations, cancellations.
- Verifies order configuration and general compliance with contractual guidelines.
- Responsible for populating data in partner profiles; license types/counts, expiration dates.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and other cross functional organization on sales order issues.
- Customer Service focused with a positive attitude.
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology/tools.
- Adheres to departmental guidelines and policies.
- Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions

What You'll Bring:

- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Ideally one year of experience in an accounting role such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
- Education in Accounting
- Strong attention to detail, organized with adherence to deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce considered an asset.
