Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure that buyers are aware of all purchasing options to assist the customer in the shopping experience with an extreme focus on achieving an extremely high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work well with all dealership employees to take ownership of and resolve conflicts as they arrive in a respectful, team-oriented atmosphere.
- Effectively handle daily prospecting targeting to hunt down new sales & generate new opportunities and relationships
- Ability to manage all social media mediums (must be able to post in Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace) daily to prospect, generate demand, and educate customers.
- Must be able to work some Saturday’s and or Evenings
- Be self-driven in a desire to sell and be part of a team that achieves top sales goals weekly/monthly.

Qualifications:
**Utility Trailer and Commission Structured Sales Experience a benefit**
- Excellent written and verbal communication is a must, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Must be highly organized with the ability to focus and prioritize multiple tasks and buyers.
- Strong phone and computer skills a necessity.
- A quick and flexible learner with a positive attitude & growth-mindset.
- Must possess a high energy with a strong desire to achieve top results.
- Previous “Hunting” Sales experience working with a commission compensation plan.
- Familiar with using a CRM system to manage sales funnel.

**Pay Range is Based on Commission Sales Performance**

Pay: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
