**Position Title**: Delivery Supervisor
**Team and Location**: Commercial | St-George, Guelph, K-W and Brantford area.
**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Branch Manager, the Deliveries Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of product delivery including safety, efficiency, and the optimization of resources.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day to day operations related to bulk product delivery
- Supervision of 20 or more direct reports including drivers and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with Hours of Service legislation, proper tracking of hours in logbooks and driver schedule
- Maintain safe operation of fleet, including scheduling maintenance
- Provide leadership and build a strong team environment
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous supervisor experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven leadership ability
- Experience with propane,fuel, or in the oil industry is an asset
- Knowledge of hours of service and electronic log books is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Microsoft Office experience is an asset
