Community Health Representative (Sales & Community Engagement)

**Location**: Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows)
**Hours**: Full-time, 32-40 hrs/week (Temporary with potential for permanent)

About the Role

This is not your typical sales job. Yes, you’ll be growing our business — but you’ll be doing it by:

- Building meaningful relationships with referral partners (doctors, pharmacists, OTs, hospitals, care homes, social workers, etc.).
- Attending community events, networking, and becoming a familiar, trusted face for seniors and families.
- Meeting with potential clients in their homes, learning about their needs, and guiding them through assessments and care options.

This role is **90% out in the community** and **10% home-office work** (updating CRM and planning follow-ups). It’s perfect for someone who is energized by people, conversations, and making an impact every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Actively grow referral partnerships and maintain strong ongoing relationships.
- Represent Just Like Family at community events, trade shows, and networking groups.
- Educate families and partners on our services in a clear, compassionate way.
- Conduct in-home consultations and create care recommendations.
- Stay accountable to outreach and growth targets.

What We’re Looking For
- **Passion for seniors and community support.**:

- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach (healthcare experience an asset but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional presentation with **business casual attire required** when representing the company in the community.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and basic office software.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
