**Community Health Representative (Sales & Community Engagement)**
**Location**: Tri-Cities (Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows)**
**Hours**: Full-time, 32-40 hrs/week (Temporary with potential to become permanent)**

At _Just Like Family Home Care_, we believe seniors deserve to feel safe, supported, and valued while remaining in their homes. Our mission is to make that possible through compassionate care and strong community connections. We’re looking for someone who thrives on meeting new people, building trust, and making a meaningful difference every day.

This role is a blend of community engagement, relationship building, and client support — not traditional sales. You’ll help grow awareness of our services by:

- Creating and maintaining meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals (such as doctors, pharmacists, OTs, hospitals, care homes, and social workers).
- Attending local events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities to represent _Just Like Family Home Care_ in the community.
- Meeting with families in their homes to understand their care needs and guide them through available options.

Roughly 90% of your time will be spent out in the community and 10% completing administrative work (updating CRM systems and following up on leads). This is a great fit for someone who enjoys independence, connection, and purpose-driven work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and strengthen referral relationships within the healthcare and senior care community.
- Represent _Just Like Family Home Care_ at events, trade shows, and networking groups.
- Educate families and partners about our services with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct in-home consultations and assist with care recommendations.
- Meet and exceed outreach and growth goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Genuine passion for seniors and community engagement.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach (healthcare experience is an asset, but not required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage plus performance bonuses once targets are achieved.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends for events).
- Wellness program and supportive team environment.
- An opportunity to create positive impact while developing your career.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Mileage reimbursement
- Wellness program

Work Location: On the road
