Admin Assistant/receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in project coordination and management
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide customer support
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Transcribe notes and audio recordings
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Dental receptionist experience is preferred but not required. We offer opportunities for career growth and professional development. **Salary**: $16.55-$28.46 per hour
