**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform construction tasks including but not limited to fence building, fence repair, interlock, grading, sod install, mulching, planting etc.
- Perform renovation tasks including but not limited to painting, drywall repairs, flooring, baseboard install, cabinet and counter top install etc.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various renovation projects.
- Painting and caulking in a presentable and efficient manner.
- Experience using drills, saws and other tools maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in wood working, skid steer operation, grading ,caulking, construction painting, flooring installation, etc.
- Ability to listen and adjust to changes made by customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
