Construction Handyman

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform general construction and maintenance tasks on residential homes
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, patching and finishing
- Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs or installations
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as required
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all tasks.
- Assist with special projects or renovations as required.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a construction trade
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus

Pay: $27-$29 per hour
