At Petro-Canada, you will gain a holistic marketing experience, where you'll be exposed to various aspects of marketing—from data-driven insights to creative campaigns—helping you become a well-rounded professional. This role offers hands-on experience across all areas of marketing, including our Loyalty Program, Consumer Insights and Analytics, Brand, and Marketing Communications, setting you up for success and career growth. Your contributions will have a real impact, directly shaping our marketing strategies and influencing our brand and business performance.

Minimum Requirements:
- A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.- A natural problem solver with strong analytical abilities and a passion for data-driven decision making.- Highly motivated with a desire to learn and grow in all aspects of marketing.- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and insights that impact key marketing initiatives.- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to take on diverse marketing challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across teams: Work with various marketing departments and external partners to drive impactful campaigns.- Support strategy development: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies that span multiple touchpoints and contribute to overall business objectives.- Analyze consumer insights: Dive into data and customer behaviors to provide insights that inform marketing decisions.- Enhance our Loyalty Program: Play a key role in supporting and optimizing the customer loyalty program, helping drive brand loyalty and retention.- Contribute to brand initiatives: Help develop and refine our brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.- Execute marketing communications: Support the development of creative assets and content for both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.- Learn from the best: Receive mentorship and guidance from senior marketing professionals while gaining exposure to various facets of marketing and business strategy.

Location and other Key Details:
- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday at the head office, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs.
