Insurance Grads who join our New Grad Program can learn about the three largest departments within our organization; Underwriting, Claims, and Risk Services, as well as some of the Shared Services who support our operations.
The Northbridge New Claims Grad Program is a comprehensive 8-week educational program that jump-starts your career as a Claims Professional in the insurance industry.

Upon successful completion of the Claims Graduate Program, Grads assume the role of Claims Adjusters within Northbridge’s industry leading Claims Team.

**What Do Claims Professionals Do?**

Claims is where the “rubber hits the road”. Until a loss occurs, our policy holders hold the promise that in the event of a loss we will be there in their time of need. When a claim is reported, our Northbridge Claims Professionals spring into action to ensure the promise we made is fulfilled.

As an adjuster you will lead the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of claims with our customers. You will interpret policies, ensure the loss falls within coverage, and finalize the claim by following the established steps in the claims process. Your keen attention to detail will recognize claims with irregularities and refer them for additional investigation. Claim Adjusting is exciting, challenging, and changes daily with the wide variety of losses you will encounter. And with a solid background in Claims your entry into the Insurance Industry as a Claims Adjuster opens a whole world of opportunities.

- The availability to join our New Graduate Program in June 2025
