**A DAY IN THE LIFE of our Monogastric Product Manager**

As the Monogastric Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Monogastric nutritionists (Swine and Poultry). Your main focus will be on developing and marketing new products that cater to the specific needs of our customers. We count on your expertise in animal nutrition, raw materials, and technological advancements.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- ** Technical Excellence**: Translate research findings and practical experiences into our animal feed portfolio. Collaborate with the feed formulations team to ensure our products meet the highest quality and animal health standards. Lead the least cost formulation process to maintain product competitiveness.
- ** Innovative Product Development**: Utilize your knowledge of consumer/customer needs and opportunities to drive the development of new products that meet market demands.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Coordinate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, including sales, technical advisors, procurement, marketing, and management teams, to ensure successful product reviews and new developments.
- ** Quality Control and Data Analysis**: Take charge of quality control, analyze and interpret trial data, and prepare final reports. Leverage the results of post-registration studies to support sales efforts effectively.
- ** People Management**: Lead and motivate your team of Nutritionists, ensuring their training and development while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**HIRING PREFERENCES**:

- BSc in Animal Nutrition or related field with practical experience.
- Sales experience to understand product and market dynamics.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC, including CFIA requirements and HACCP management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
