You balance technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills and know how to influence across all levels of an organization. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or recognized diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of progressive HSE experience in operational or industrial environments Strong knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial HSE legislation Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation, or ability to obtain within the first year Experience with workers’ compensation boards, claims management, and modified work programs Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills High level of organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital management platforms Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region English proficiency required; French required for East Region roles Assets CSP, Environmental Professional, ISO / COR Lead Auditor or similar certifications Why McAsphalt At McAsphalt, people are at the centre of everything we do.
