**Responsibilities**:

- Create marketing tactics such as writing press releases, newsletters, and communication materials
- Partner in the development of communication plans and strategize on marketing initiatives
- Collect data on marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, tradeshows, or information sessions
- Evaluate competitive analysis and market research to devise innovative growth strategies
- Support external departments, such as Sales and Engineering
- Maintain media, storefronts, and paid advertising

**Competencies/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications
- Experience with SalesForce CRM, and related software for end-to-end content management via Web and Social Media platforms
- Experience working in business to business, technology environment
- Experience working in the water/wastewater industry an asset
- Attention to detail, highly organized and effective time management skills
- Possess a results-oriented, proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and projects under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience with website management and CRM software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
