**Position Overview**:
As a Renovation Estimation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and competitive estimates for residential and commercial renovation projects. You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and the project team to ensure every renovation meets expectations and stays within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of renovation projects.
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine scope of work.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability.
- Present estimates and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends to ensure estimates remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Update and maintain estimation records for future reference and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a renovation estimator in residential and/or commercial settings.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
