**Job Overview**
GlamLash Studio is looking for a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our growing team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert eyelash extension services while delivering an exceptional experience to each client. Your skillset, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in helping us build lasting relationships with our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Offer exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients’ needs and preferences, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- **Product Knowledge**: Communicate effectively with clients about different types of eyelash extensions, their benefits, and maintenance requirements.
- **Front Desk Support**: Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and greeting clients in a professional manner.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Proactively promote and upsell additional services and beauty products that enhance the client experience and contribute to sales goals.
- **Workplace Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools, equipment, and supplies are sanitized after each use.
- **Continual Learning**: Stay updated with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty services to provide clients with informed and customized recommendations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients.
- Experience in front desk operations or retail sales is a plus, but not required.
- A passion for beauty, aesthetics, and the desire to grow within the beauty industry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
