If you are an energetic and enthusiastic **Afternoon** **Office Administrator **then you have what it takes to join our team

Answer phones and answer inquiries, contact customers to schedule appointments, use in house computer software to track shipments and enter status updates. Photocopy, scan, sort and file documents based on various parameters. Maintain reports on and keep track of missing and damaged shipments.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday - Friday (13:00- 21:30)

**Location**:
11398 Bridgeview Drive, Surrey

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establishing work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensuring deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Carrying out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions
- Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Coordinating and planning for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Conducting analyses and overseeing administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
- Assisting in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
- Professional attitude in all interactions when on shift
- Strict attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Transportation experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 364 and Outlook
- Ability to maintain order in a fast paced team environment
- Available to work full time hours with some overtime.
- Reliable transportation

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Hourly wage $20.00
- Comprehensive benefits package including pension plan after completion of probationary period
