**Jiffy Lube is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Newmarket We are looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude who values customer satisfaction. **Service Advisor duties include, but are not restricted to**:

- Assess customer needs and recommend the appropriate goods or service.
- Perform inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Advise customers and handle service related questions and concerns.
- Handle warranty related questions and concerns.
- Perform service cashier duties as required.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to all customers.
- Always maintain professionalism and represent company in a positive manner.
- Follow all processes and procedures as established by the management team.
- Always maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- Maintain an organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
- Attend and participate in training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Jiffy Lube management team.

**What you bring**:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Hands-on experience in a customer service or service advisor role preferred.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Proficiency using computers and learning new programs.
- Schedule flexibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the quick lube industry is an asset.

**Work Conditions**:

- Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
- Interaction with employees, management, and the public.
- Requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
