**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services required and recommend appropriate repairs or maintenance.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on automotive products, services, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Proven upselling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the automotive field.
