Hotel Reception Agent

**Description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front desk agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
