**Overview**

We’re looking for a **Dispatcher** to join our team and keep operations running smoothly. **Duties**
- Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate drain cleaning technicians for service calls.
- Manage inbound calls, online bookings, and customer inquiries.
- Assign jobs based on technician skillset, availability, and location.
- Monitor technician routes and job progress, adjusting as needed for emergencies or schedule changes.
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, updates, and follow-ups.
- Track job details and maintain accurate records in **Housecall Pro** or similar dispatching software.
- Support field crews with job details, parts requests, and customer history.
- Work closely with management to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience in dispatching**, ideally within a service-based trade (plumbing, drain cleaning, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
- Familiarity with **Housecall Pro** (or similar job management/dispatching software).
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of **drain cleaning/plumbing services** is highly preferred.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to schedule changes.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Comfortable with technology (apps, scheduling systems, GPS tracking).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least **1-2 years of drain cleaning or plumbing industry experience**.
- Previous role as a **dispatcher, scheduler, or coordinator** in a home services company.
- Experience handling emergency calls and dispatching technicians in real time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
