**Job Title**: Technical Sales Representative - Colorado Time Systems Sales Support & Service
**Location**: Burlington, Ontario (Full-Time)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Product Expertise**:

- Promote and sell all Team Aquatic Supplies (TAS) products, supporting teams and individual customers in your role as a Team Aquatic Supplies Swim Expert.
- Promote and sell CTS products to clients across the Canadian swimming community, including clubs, facilities, and sports organizations, while contributing to overall team sales goals.
- Serve as a trusted resource for customers, providing expert advice on all TAS products tailored to the needs of teams, individual swimmers, and swim meet operations.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and share insights to enhance collective sales performance.
- **Support & Service**:

- Conduct on-site surveys, installations and training for CTS products, ensuring customers can fully utilize the systems for their events.
- Working with customers and contractors to resolve installation issues or difficulties.
- Collaborate with CTS and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel through out Ontario and Canada to service and support CTS and TAS products.
- Serves as the client’s front-line service contact, providing product support and technical expertise to customers. Promotes and encourages excellent business relationships, acting as a good-will ambassador for the company.

- **Sales Coordination & Administration**:

- Manage order processing, maintain sales records, and support team-wide performance tracking for CTS product sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper inventory management and prompt order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at Canadian swim meets and aquatics events, promoting CTS products and engaging with the swimming community.

**Qualifications & Skill Requirements**
- Post Secondary/Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Colorado Time Systems or related systems
- Proven experience in sales, technical support, or customer service within the swimming or sports technology sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the Canadian swimming community and swim meet operations is a requirement.
- Familiarity with Colorado Time Systems or similar timing and scoring technology is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with CTS or similar products is an asset.
- Canadian citizenship, or permanent residency is an asset.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Second language an asset.
- Drivers license and clean driving record is required

**Terms of Employment**:

- Permanent full-time position, working from the office, not remote.
- Wage**:$38.00 - $40.00/ hours minimum 30 hours per week.
