Facilities Manager duties and responsibilities
- Coordinating system repairs and monitoring system performance
- Tracking facilities inventory and placing orders
- Handling all landscaping tasks and snow removal
- Executing equipment audits and record-taking policies
- Coordinating with the General Managers on new building projects
- Training employees on proper procedures
- Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols
- Property Manage all properties, land, and homes in the surrounding area

Facilities Manager skills and qualifications
- Oral and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Adaptability to different tasks
- Technical knowledge of building services
- Critical thinking skills
- Multitasking skills

Facilities Manager experience requirements
- Experience may include previous employment as a Facilities Manager or technical skills related to building and property maintenance.

Facilities Manager salary expectations
- $65,000-$75,000 per year. Dependent on Experience
