**Business Unit Manager - GTA West**
Cryogen Nitrogen Deliveries Ltd Company is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Business Unit Manager to grow and manage our GTA West territory in Ontario. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, Cryogen is a leader in sales, service, and solutions. We are looking for a career-minded individual to join our dynamic team.
The Business Unit Manager is responsible for sales growth in their territory and delivering outstanding customer service to all clients.
**Skill and Experience Requirements**:
- Previous sales experience would be an asset
- Understanding budgeting and territory management
- Must be a highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills who works well with considerable independence
- Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with individuals at all levels within the organization as well as with individuals outside of the organization
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to provide a great customer service experience to all clients of the organization
- Must have a valid clean driver’s license and be able to obtain Dangerous Goods Certification
- Physically fit and able to lift 25 kgs
The position requires daily travel. A company vehicle will be provided.
Compensation for the position is base salary plus commission, opportunity to earn $65-80K annually, plus benefits, and a pension matching program.
