In this role, you will develop and manage your own client portfolio, build and lead your team, and take full ownership of your unit's growth, and profitability.Take on an entrepreneurial challenge in a stimulating, results-driven environment.Your mission: Expand your network, develop business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants.Your role is built around three key pillars:Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, manage your portfolio, develop relationships with key clients, and lead the full sales cycle for your business unit.Recruitment and Team Management: Recruit top talents with our recruitment specialists, mentor and manage your team of consultants.
