**Job Summary**:
As the **Purchasing & Warehouse Coordinator**, you will be responsible for overseeing both purchasing and day-to-day warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and procuring materials, managing inventory, and coordinating shipments. You will ensure that supplies and equipment are efficiently sourced, orders are received on time, and the warehouse and technician’s vehicles are well-organized and running smoothly. Your role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing & Supplier Management**:

- Source and procure materials, supplies, and services required for company operations.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs), ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all purchases and received goods, ensuring they comply with company policies and do not arrive damaged or incomplete.
- Coordinate with suppliers on returns, defective products, and managing discrepancies.

**Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the daily activities of receiving, storing, and distributing goods within the warehouse.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure stock levels are accurate and optimal.
- Track and maintain inventory for each technician's vehicle stock, ensuring it is replenished and organized in coordination with the technicians.
- Ensure parts are properly put away in the warehouse, including processing and storing returned parts from technicians as well as stagging items for future jobs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and warehouse efficiency.
- Ensure technicians sign for materials when they collect them from the warehouse, ensuring accountability.

**Shipping & Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Work with shipping carriers and logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and control costs.
- Create and send packing slips for supply-only products to ensure all shipments are accurately documented.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

**Problem Solving & Order Fulfillment**:

- Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, back ordered items, or delays in shipments.
- Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure packing slips of goods received are accurate and match the contents of orders without damage.

**Who We're Looking For**
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, with a focus on inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software is an asset.
- A problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
