**Who we need?**

This individual will provide customer service in multiple regions, while communicating new products, promotions, and replenish existing SKUs for customers. The following skill sets are required:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assuring sales targets, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics are met
- Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs and expectations.
- Comfortable selling over the phone and presenting to customers virtually.
- Managing a complex customer relationship/model by understanding the customer’s business needs, working with key influencers in the organization, and enhancing the sales experience
- Initiate and maintain regular contact to existing and potential customers in effort to promote and support business, maintaining sales calls and sales objectives.
- Address and resolve any sales related inquires with customers on a timely basis.
- Attend related trade events. (Approx. 2-3 times per year)

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
- Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Google workspace.
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptionally organized with a good memory
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in both French and English. (Not required, but will be considered a significant asset)
- This sales role is best suited for someone who is confident, self-motivated, driven, and has a positive outlook
- Experience navigating sales cycles, handling objections, and articulating value propositions to customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment that requires adaptability and on-the-spot problem solving
