We are hiring for a sales associate position with the opportunity for _performance-based incentives_, at a minimum of 3 days per week. This position is available immediately. Hourly wage starts at $17 with the potential for higher based on experience.

Our store hours are very manageable when compared to other retail positions. We are open Wednesday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm (no late nights), Saturday 9am to 4pm, Sunday CLOSED. We are a small, family run business, and expect our sales associates to help others with confidence and respect. We are a team of fashion loving people who enjoy sharing our love of fashion with others. We provide guidance and advice to our customers and we work to solve their everyday needs Will you be part of that team?

**Duties include**:

- Greeting and engaging with customers
- Providing excellent service
- Sharing product knowledge with customers and selling merchandise
- Managing point of sale including cash transactions
- Inventory management
- Daily cleaning, up-keep and organizing of store (inside and out)
- Assisting with merchandising and creating store window displays

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a people-person - enjoy meeting and interacting with people of all ages
- Able to follow instruction and store procedures without supervision
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic and involved
- Detail-oriented
