**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

Benshaw Canada Controls Inc., located in **Listowel, Ontario**, has a full-time opportunity for a passionate **Customer Service Representative**to join our dynamic team. This is a key role in managing strategic channel partner and end user relationships, with a specific focus on setting up and coordinating service and preventative maintenance contracts across North America.

**What will you do?**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about service and preventative maintenance programs.
- Coordinate the setup of new service contracts, including scope definition, pricing, and scheduling.
- Work closely with the service and sales teams across North America to develop customized maintenance agreements that align with customer needs and operational requirements.
- Manage contract renewals and proactively reach out to customers to ensure continued service.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and service agreements using internal CRM and ERP systems.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex service concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support the service team with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and administrative tasks as required.
- Track key performance metrics and customer satisfaction levels related to service contract delivery.

**You will have**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience managing or coordinating service or maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, motor control systems, or related technologies is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Pipedrive and IFS).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

**The following qualifications would be considered an asset but are not required**:

- Bilingual in English and French
