**Job Summary**
Waveline Transport is growing once again We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Owner Operator Driver to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of customer service. As an Owner Operator, you will utilize your own vehicle to deliver goods across various routes, ensuring timely and secure delivery while adhering to all regulations and safety protocols.

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain your own commercial vehicle for the transportation of freight.
- Plan and execute delivery routes effectively to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts or other equipment as necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
- Communicate with dispatchers regarding any delays or issues encountered during transit.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that deliveries are made on time and in good condition.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
- Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight transportation.
- Basic knowledge of automotive repair to perform minor maintenance on your vehicle as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on the road.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, dispatchers, and other team members.
- Must have 3 years insured commercial driving experience with a clean drivers abstract.
