Centre Coordinator

**We are recruiting a Centre Coordinator, who will be responsible for**:
- Overseeing the centre resources, supplies, scheduling, instructors, and student check-in
- Responding to in-person client inquiries including discussing service options
- Supporting the in-person instructors with curriculum, centre resources (printer, workbooks, binders etc), and taking inquiries from clients
- Working with Manager, other coordinator, and each instructor to finalize materials, lesson plans and programs
- Ability to create spreadsheets and presentation materials with little guidance
- Reports into Manager, Education & Sustainability on programs, training, instructor development and performance, client base, student achievements and more.
1. Operations:
- Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of tutoring and coding programs, and new products, ensuring they align with educational goals and meet the needs of students.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including tutors, instructors, facilities, and materials, to meet program demands.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards for teaching, curriculum, and learning outcomes.
- Scheduling: Manage program schedules, class assignments, and student registrations.
2. Team Leadership and Development:
- Support Performance Management: Evaluate and monitor the performance of educational staff, providing feedback and support for improvement.
- Team Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among the educational team.
3. Marketing and Enrollment:
- Marketing Strategy, plan and ads: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new students and clients and design ads to align with the strategy and plan
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various marketing channels, including online advertising, social media, and partnerships.
- Customer Acquisition: Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively communicating the value of your tutoring and coding programs.
- Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and students, including customer loyalty programs and feedback mechanisms.
4. Customer Service:
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Student Success: Monitor student progress with instructors, provide support as needed, and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
5. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, financial transactions, and operational data.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, educational programs
- Regular Updates: Keep senior management and stakeholders informed about operations, marketing efforts, and progress toward goals.
6. Growth and Expansion:
- Market Research: Continuously assess market trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth opportunities.
- New Locations: Explore and plan for expansion into new locations or markets.
- Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand reach.
7. Technology Integration:
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest educational technologies and tools, incorporating them into the curriculum and teaching methods.
- IT Infrastructure: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of necessary technology infrastructure to support teaching and operations.
8. Product Development:
- In-House products: Help research, design and test in-house products to grow retail side of business
- Retail product support: Support the marketing, operations and launching of retail products
**Requirements**:
- Certified Ontario Teacher through Ontario College of Teachers or;
in University/college with above average grades and a passion for Education
- Comfortable with a virtual work space and meetings (when available)
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English, French an asset*
- Open to new ideas and learning strategies
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills
- Highly organized and works well in fast paced environment

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
