1) Clear, organize and prep all dining room tables for meal times.

2) Stock all table toppers with the appropriate condiments.

3) Serve meals in a timely fashion.

4) Must know all residents allergies and restrictions.

5) Must serve correct meal to resident (what was order for that meal time)

6) Ask all residents how they are enjoying their meals and take count of comments (report to head cook).

7) Listen to residents for meals request or things they would like to see in the future (report to head cook).

8) Keep track of meal consumption by residents (report if it is too much or not enough to head cook).

9) Report inventory of condiments/supplies to head cook for reorder.

10) Remove and clean after every meal, do dishes and assists the cooks with cleanup if needed.

11) Mop dining room floor, around elevators and front of the kitchen area.

12) Keep the coffee/tea, front kitchen are clean, disinfected and stocked.

13) Keep tables (under as well), chairs, walls and any other surfaces free of food/dirt.

14) Clean staff room and keep organized and free of dust, food, or clutter.

15) Keep back pantry room organized and stocked.

16) Dispose of all garbage in the kitchen/dining room area.

17) Dust all fake plants, windows and surfaces weekly.

18) Make sure all walls and mirrors are clean and free of any debris.

19) Remove kitchen matts and Sweep/ mop the entire kitchen floor.

20) Make sure all dishes are clean/organized and dishwasher is clean and ready for the next day’s use.
Have clear communication with the kitchen staff about what extra duties you are to assist them with nightly (report to head cook).

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
